Role: Senior RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer — 3‑month contractor (conversion possible)
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore
My client is seeking a lead RFIC/MMIC engineer with 15+ years of proven design experience for an immediate three‑month contract with strong potential to convert to a full‑time role.
Core requirements:
Multiple successful tapeouts;
System-level RFIC/MMIC architecture and custom cell design;
Detailed hands‑on design of LNAs and PAs for beamforming arrays (including matching networks, biasing, and linearization strategies);
Experience with PLLs/VCOs, ADC/DAC interfaces, and mixed‑signal RF integration where relevant.
Technical toolset:
Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre, Keysight ADS/AWR, Sonnet/HFSS for EM where needed;
Familiarity with layout-for-manufacturability, parasitic extraction, DRC/LVS flows, and tapeout/foundry interactions across CMOS/BiCMOS/III‑V.
Measurement experience (S-parameters, noise figure, gain/linearity, load‑pull) and multiple process tapeouts required. Location and compensation are flexible; remote/hybrid considered.
